Thank you for shopping at Arkawit. We take pride in the quality of our products. Because we work directly with international suppliers and fulfillment centers to offer you competitive pricing, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

 1. 3-Day Return & Reporting Window
We offer a strict **3-day return policy** for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
* **The Rule:** You must contact our support team and initiate your claim within **3 days (72 hours)** of the package being delivered to your address (according to the carrier's tracking delivery timestamp). 
* After this 3-day window has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

 2. Eligible Scenarios for Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly issue a full refund or arrange a free replacement **only** under the following conditions:
* **Damaged or Defective Items:** The product arrives broken, physically damaged, or not functioning out of the box due to a manufacturing defect.
* **Incorrect Items:** You received the wrong product, wrong color, or completely wrong size from what you ordered.
* **Lost Packages:** The package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier, or fails to arrive after 45 business days.

 3. Requirements & Evidence

2. A clear description of the issue.
3. **Mandatory Photo/Video Evidence:** You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect/damage, **along with a clear photo of the external shipping label** (the white sticker on the package showing the tracking number). 

> *Note: We require these proofs because our international fulfillment partners (such as CJ Dropshipping) require standard validation before issuing refunds or reshipping items.*

 4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We **do not** accept returns or issue refunds for:
* **Change of Mind:** We cannot issue refunds if you simply changed your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong size/item by mistake.
* **Incorrect Address:** If the package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
* **Delayed Packages:** Minor delays caused by customs clearance or holiday peak seasons.

 5. Return Shipping Address
Please **DO NOT** send your purchase back to the address printed on the shipping label. That is an automated fulfillment warehouse and cannot process customer returns. 

If your claim is approved, our support team will provide you with the correct custom instructions and return address. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

 6. Order Cancellations
To ensure rapid delivery times, our system transmits orders to our fulfillment network almost instantly. You have a strict **15-minute window** from the moment of purchase to request a cancellation. Once an order enters the processing phase, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.
